Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to consulting services, career support, and digital products sold by NOVAPEAK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO.
Consulting and career support services
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the confirmed scope, scheduled time, work already performed, and third-party costs incurred. A written scope should define cancellation windows for each paid service.
Digital products
Refunds for digital products are generally limited once access, download links, or email delivery have been provided, except where required by applicable law or where HR Abroad confirms duplicate payment, failed delivery, or a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
Duplicate or failed payments
If a duplicate charge or failed delivery occurs, the customer should contact contact@hr-abroad.com with the payment reference, purchase email, and issue description. HR Abroad will review the purchase record before issuing a refund.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, the card network, and the customer’s bank.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact HR Abroad first so the purchase record and delivery status can be reviewed. HR Abroad may provide evidence of purchase, delivery, scope acceptance, and communication history where needed.
