Terms and conditions
These terms apply to use of the HR Abroad website and to services or digital products sold by NOVAPEAK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO.
Services
Consulting and career support services are provided according to the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and dependencies confirmed in writing. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
Digital products
Digital products, including the ebook, are delivered after payment through a protected digital access process. Access may be personal, non-transferable, and subject to copyright restrictions.
Payment
Digital products and consulting services are sold under the HR Abroad brand by NOVAPEAK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, License No. 87722. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. A payment provider may process card payments and issue payment confirmations. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and materials.
- Review deliverables and raise questions promptly.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or confidential third-party material without authorization.
- Use advice and materials responsibly in the relevant market and legal context.
No guarantees
HR Abroad provides HR consulting, career support, and administrative assistance. Services do not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, visa or immigration approvals, salary increases, regulatory approvals, or business results. Unless expressly agreed in writing, content and consulting are not legal, tax, immigration, accounting, financial, or regulated recruitment advice.
Intellectual property
Website content, templates, guides, digital products, and consulting materials remain the intellectual property of HR Abroad or its licensors unless a written agreement states otherwise. Client-provided materials remain the client’s responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HR Abroad is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or loss-of-opportunity damages. Any liability cap is subject to the applicable written agreement.
Governing law
The governing law and dispute forum are defined by the applicable written agreement and mandatory legal requirements.
